Returns for Refund

• We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30 day no-questions-asked period during which you can return your order for a full refund including taxes (not including $8.99 shipping charge, if applicable)
•  This offer only applies to products purchased via Stinger Website. If you have purchased through a retailer (such as Amazon, Best Buy, Crutchfield) please reach out to the seller and follow their return process.
•   The 30 day return period begins from the date your order was delivered.
•   A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund. Any product returned to us without a return authorization will be returned to the sender. In order to receive your return authorization, please follow the link below:

Warranty Exchanges

•      The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase for all products purchased fromauthorized resellers unless otherwise noted.
•      Authorized resellers include: Amazon (if sold by STINGER), Best Buy, Crutchfield.
•      Any website which sells products consumer-to-consumersuch as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, etc. is not considered an authorized reseller.
•      Any product purchased from a non-authorized reseller is not eligible for warranty coverage, even if the product was sold as new.
•      The warranty replacement product will carry the same warranty period as the original product, based on the original purchase date.
•      Abuse, misuse, or improper installation voids all warranties. Products with physical or liquid damage are not covered.
•      The warranty covers product replacement only. Installation or any other associated costs are not included with the warranty coverage.
