Returns

We are sorry you don't love your order! We are more than happy to help you with an exchange for another product that would better suit your needs.

 

If not, we offer 30-day easy returns. Just head on over to our Returns page , fill out the form, and await for next steps from our customer service team.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 48 business hours of being received. Orders received before 5pm ET are typically processed and shipped the same business day, while orders received after 5PM ET are processed the following business day. 

While most orders are delivered within 2 business days after order processing, actual shipping times will vary by location. Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are only processed with shipping locations in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Order Processing 

Most orders are processed within 24 business hours of being received. Orders received before 5pm ET are typically processed and shipped the same business day, while orders received after 5PM ET are processed the following business day. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. 

Standard Delivery 

We offer free standard delivery on orders over $399 (exclusions apply to oversized items) to anywhere in the United States; including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping is provided by UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First-Class Mail and varies by location. Regardless of shipping provider, we will always provide tracking information for all orders. While most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after order processing, actual shipping times will vary by location.  Please allow extra delivery time for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Exclusions may apply to APO/FPO addresses and US territories outside of Puerto Rico.
