Request a Refund

1. Fill out the Return Authorization Form below, including your order information and the reason for the return.
2. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a reply via email which will include your instructions for the return. We respond to most requests within 48 business hours. Business hours are 9AM-5:30PM EST, M-F.
3. When shipping the product, please make sure your Return Authorization Number (RMA Number) is clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping box.
4. Please note – Your Return Authorization (RMA) Number is not a shipping label.If a shipping label is being provided it will be included in the email you receive with theinstructions for the return. Shipping labels will be via UPS.
5. If a shipping label is not being provided, please use whichever carrier you prefer to return the product. The shipping address will be included with your Return Authorization Form. If shipping the product yourself, please keep a copy of your tracking number.
6. Once your return has been delivered, refunds are typically processed within 24-48 business hours of the date of delivery. You will receive an emailed notification to alert you once the refund has been applied.
