Request a Warranty Exchange


Please follow these steps to request a warranty exchange for a product:

  1. If you believe your product is defective, please first contact Stinger's Technical Support Team to troubleshoot the issue. You can contact Stinger Tech Support either by phone at 727-732-3114, email at tech@stingersolutions.com, or by submitting the form below. Tech Support Business Hours are 9 AM – 7PM EST, M-F.
  2. All warranty exchanges must first be approved by Tech Support to verify a product is defective. Tech support will provide you with a tech ticket number if a warranty exchange is needed. A tech ticket number is required for all warranty exchanges.
  3. Warranty forms submitted without a Tech Ticket Number will be contacted by the next available Tech Support Agent to troubleshoot the issue. If a warranty replacement is needed you will be provided with a Tech Ticket Number and connected with Customer Support to complete the rest of the warranty exchange.
  4. Warranty forms submitted with a Tech Ticket Number will go straight to Customer Support to complete the warranty process. If you already have your ticket number please enter it in the field below.
  5. Customer Support will contact you with instructions on receiving your replacement and the steps to return any defective items (if applicable).
  6. All warranty exchange products will be new-in-box replacements of the same model only unless otherwise noted. Products cannot be upgraded or replaced with other products under warranty.
