Eligibility: 

No purchase necessary. Entries must be submitted between August 22, 2024 – September 12, 2024. 1 entry per person. Must be 18 years old, complete the form by submitting first name, last name, phone number, physical address so we can send product, a valid email address, and be a resident of the United States to participate. Employees, Affiliates, Dealers, Vendors, Influencers, and Brand Ambassadors associated with Stinger are excluded from participating in the promotion. 

Entry Period: 

The giveaway begins on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 8 AM EST and ends on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. 

How to Enter: 

Participants must scan an onsite QR Code, complete and submit the entry form.  

Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on Friday September 13, 2024. 

Winner Notification: 

The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be selected. 

Prize: 

One (1) Stinger HORIZON10 Infotainment System with PAC SR/SRK Integration Kit. 

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

Privacy: 

By entering, participants agree to share their personal information with Stinger for the purposes of administering the giveaway and receiving promotional communications. Personal information will not be shared with third parties. 

General Conditions: 

Stinger reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Stinger’s control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Stinger in its sole discretion. 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Stinger, which are final and binding in all respects. Violation of the rules may result in disqualification and termination of winner's privileges. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to winner's responsibility for taxes. Any federal, state and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. 

Limitation of Liability: 

Stinger is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other error or malfunction related to the giveaway. 

Disputes: 

Participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages.
